Summer Savings PromotionCompass Pools Australia is offering its first 250 customers who qualify, the opportunity to purchase a Compass C330 environmental pool pump and Astrapool Hydrospin as part of our Summer Savings Promotion. >To qualify you must purchase a Compass Ceramic Composite pool from a participating Compass Pools dealer within the promotional period. The promotion runs from 1 October 2011 and ends when the 250 promotional package have been sold. Limit of 1 package per pool applies. Payment must be made direct to Compass Pools Australia. Payment methods are Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer. The package is not secured until the pool order and payment has been received. Payment must be received before the 250 promotional packages have been sold. The package will be delivered around the same time as the rest of your pool equipment where payment has been received, or within 1-2 days of delivery. Payment will be refunded if you don’t proceed with the Compass Pool Returns Policy If you believe your Compass C330 pump or Astralpool Hydrospin is faulty, return the product to the store from where you purchased it with proof of purchase. The product will then be sent to the manufacturer's service agent for repair or replacement. The service agent will decide if the equipment can be repaired or needs to be replaced. For you warranty to be valid, your equipment must be installed in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the manufacturers installation and operating instructions. These documents are enclosed with your equipment. Please refer to this document for warranty information. Compass Pools Australia reserves the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. The condition of the goods may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused. Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. The promotion runs from 1 August 2010 and ends when the 1000 promotional pumps have been sold. Limit of 1 pump per pool applies. Payment must be made direct to Compass Pools Australia. Payment must be received before the 1000 promotional pumps have been sold.
