What is a Compass combo pool?
A combo pool is a single fibreglass shell manufactured with both a pool and a second body of water (a spa or therapy pod) built into the one shell. The Sanctuary Combo and Fusion 8 include a spa zone. The Plunge Combo includes a therapy pod. You get a unified design and a single installation, with each zone treatable as its own temperature-controlled body of water.
How is the Fusion 8 different from the Sanctuary Combo?
Both are pool plus spa combos manufactured as a single shell. The Fusion 8 is our newest design with a beach entry, full-length bench seating, modern proportions and a single fixed size (8.2m × 4.2m). The Sanctuary Combo is the established range, available in four sizes from 6.7m to 10.1m. Your dealer will help you choose based on your site, family and design preferences.
Can a combo pool be self-cleaning?
Yes. All Compass combo pools are compatible with the Vantage self-cleaning system, which uses in-floor cleaning jets to circulate water, distribute heat and reduce manual vacuuming. Your dealer will confirm the right configuration for your site.
Can I heat the spa or pod independently from the pool?
Yes. The spa or therapy pod zone can be plumbed and heated independently from the main pool body. You can keep the spa warm year-round without heating the entire pool, or you can chill the pod for ice-bath recovery. Your dealer will discuss heater options that suit your climate and usage.
Can I get a combo configuration that isn't in the standard range?
Yes. Outside the three purpose-built combo models, you can pair any Compass pool with a separate spa or therapy pod shell. The two shells can be installed side by side or joined as one body of water. What colours are combo pools available in?
All combo pools are available in our full colour range of 9 Bi-Luminite colours and 5 Vivid colours. Your dealer will bring physical colour samples to your free site visit so you can see them in your own light. See the full colour range.
