Designed and built by Enchanted Pools (VIC), this front-yard Compass Vogue 8 × 4 m in Bi-luminite Sapphire connects naturally to the home’s main living areas and creates a vibrant blue focal point. Privacy is ensured by an approved boundary fence, while bluestone paving and the established gum tree complete a calm, family-friendly setting.
The specification prioritises low-touch ownership. Vantage in-floor cleaning runs with a dedicated pump for top-to-bottom circulation, paired with an Astralpool Halo 25 chlorinator with pH and ORP probes, CS250 cartridge filter and P320XT variable-speed pump. Comfort and efficiency come from LED colour-changing lights, an Oasis Rapid Heat 19 kW inverter heat pump, a Precision Solar system of about 32 m², and an automatic water leveller.
Complex site conditions were managed through careful planning. The elevated front yard was reduced by about 400 mm, roughly 100 m³ of soil was removed across seven truckloads, essential services were mapped and redirected, and council approvals were obtained for fence height. Close coordination with the landscaper delivered a cohesive, low-maintenance outdoor space that supports busy family life.
