Haven Wellness Centre
Two plunge pools — one heated, one ice bath — to sit alongside Haven's existing sauna and steam room, creating a complete contrast therapy offering. The ice bath required reliable commercial-grade chilling and condensation management in an enclosed environment.
Two fully above-ground Express pools with mineral water, six spa jets per pool, and a Thermex 5kw chiller for the ice bath. No excavation required — perfectly suited to the contemporary wellness aesthetic.

P3 Wellness Centre
To create a high-performance wellness environment with pools designed for recovery, durability, and consistent day-to-day use across multiple sites. These pools needed to be chilled to at least 6 degrees, requiring careful consideration for insulation and condensation management.
We have now installed numerous pools in P3 Wellness Centres across Australia and the USA — from 2-person cold pods through to 5m hot and cold pools. Designed to be self-supporting and removable to allow for future developments.

World Gym — Contrast Therapy Pools
World Gym wanted to expand its offering by introducing hot and cold contrast therapy within a limited footprint, without major construction disruption to an active facility.
Working within a tight space, we supplied an XT Spa operating at 6–8°C — providing a cold plunge solution comfortably accommodating 4–5 people — alongside a 2.8m plunge pool running at 38°C for heat therapy. Both pools were installed above-ground with full insulation.

What pool temperature can you achieve for cold therapy?
With a correctly specified commercial chiller, Compass pools can be reliably chilled to 6°C or below — the temperature range required for effective cold immersion therapy. We work with trusted chiller suppliers and can advise on the right specification for your usage volume and pool size.
Can the pools be installed indoors or in existing buildings?
Yes. Our above-ground pool technologies require no excavation and can be installed in existing commercial spaces — gyms, studios, clinics, and wellness centres. The self-supporting structure sits on the floor and can be surrounded with decking or cladding to create a premium finish. Condensation management for chilled pools in enclosed spaces is something we address during the design phase.
Can pools be relocated if we move or expand?
In some cases, yes — pools specified and installed as self-supporting, above-ground systems can be designed with future relocation or reconfiguration in mind. Whether a specific pool can be removed and relocated practically depends heavily on how it was installed (above-ground vs in-ground), the surrounding fitout, and site access at both the original and new location. This option is best discussed during the design phase if it's relevant for your project. The P3 Recovery programme is an example of a multi-site rollout where pools were specifically designed to support future fitout changes.
How do you manage condensation on chilled pools?
Condensation on chilled pools in enclosed spaces is a real consideration and one we address proactively. During the design phase we advise on appropriate insulation specifications and ventilation requirements to ensure the surrounding area stays safe, dry, and maintenance-free. The Haven Wellness Centre installation is a practical example of this being done well in a commercial environment.
How many people can use a contrast therapy setup simultaneously?
It depends on the pool models chosen. An XT Spa accommodates 4–6 people, while the Cali-4 and Plunge 5 can handle larger groups. For high-volume facilities like P3 Recovery, multiple pools can be specified to support the throughput you need. Our commercial team can advise on the right configuration for your expected bather load.
What maintenance is involved in running a commercial wellness pool?
Fibreglass surfaces are easier to keep clean than concrete — the smooth, non-porous finish resists algae and bacteria build-up, which reduces day-to-day surface cleaning. Water chemistry in commercial pools, however, is regulated by state public-health authorities, and required treatment and dosing levels apply regardless of pool surface — your water-treatment system is what handles compliance. For operators running daily sessions, the practical benefit of fibreglass is reduced staff time on physical pool upkeep over the lifetime of the facility.
